Paid for premium+, dot working

I subscribed to premium+ in the Play store and my subscription isn't working in web or in app. Still says I have basic. I've restarted phone, app, deleted, reinstalled updated. Still nothing. Went to email support, got a message saying it's off hours. Which kinda sucks because premium users get premium support, which, for whatever reason I still am not, but paid for it.

    Same thing happened to me just this morning. I paid the annual fee up front and this morning, my premium was gone and it's asking me to "Go Premium" but I already paid for Premium. I've emailed MyFitnessPal twice and still no response and no resolution.

    Just closing the loop on this; you got a response and had your issue resolved 3 hours after you wrote in. Premium support means you should get a response within 24 hours.
