Lamb- zero cholesterol?

I love lamb! Why is cholesterol zero for all lamb dishes on this app?

Probably mainly because the database is mostly crowd-sourced, which means entered by regular users. They enter the data using nutritional label data, but meats don't necessarily have full nutritional labels. Even if they do, not everyone cares about cholesterol content, since for people without familial hypercholesterolemia, dietary cholesterol may not be a high-priority factor. Beyond that, some people just aren't meticulous about what they enter.
Also, some do have cholesterol. Is it correct? I don't know; I'm a vegetarian. 😉

thank you- this is helpful. I’ll be careful with a pick a food to make sure something important to me is not missing

Its lazy logging of the original contributor to the database.
If you like lamb- look into goat.https://www.aces.edu/blog/topics/animals-urban/goat-healthy-meat-option/

Love goat and get it locally, generally get one a year. For me it doesn't matter what the actual breakdown of nutrients are, they're all close. Focusing on those metrics is not something I would not recommend someone use as a priority, that leads down a rabbit hole I don't recommend. My main protein is local retired diary cattle, local venison, lamb and goat.
