Sugar-Free September challenge?

So I've heard about this sugar-free september challenge and thought I would give it a try but had some questions?
Does this mean I can't eat fruit or my daily greek yogurt?
Even my occasional All Natural Oats have some sugar... and a few of the veggies I'm eating as well?
Or is this just a 'avoid anything processed with added sugars challenge'?
Anyone else attempting this?

Seems to me that you can make it be anything you want it to be.
If I were trying a "sugar-free" challenge, I would probably make it be no processed "treats".. .but that's just me.
Dairy and vegetables and fruits are pretty important staples of any healthy diet.0
