I have set a time to go to the gym tomorrow in hopes that I will stick to it.
I’m also going to start weighing and measuring my food again. I’ve been eyeballing and my portions are slowly getting bigger and bigger! No more. Time to reel it in and make some changes for April.I have set another goal of going to yoga class too. I used to enjoy it and stopped going for some reason.

I’ve been away for a few days. I’m also in holiday a lot this month so am aiming to maintain or lose a pound. Starting weight today is 135. Some of this is weekend fun so might flush out.

Either water or a scale fluke but I def did not gain and drop 3.5 lbs between Sunday and today. In any event, I did 30 min strength training yesterday and an hour Mobilize class last night. Putting a workout appt on my calendar right now for lunch so I don't make excuses later.

My name is Kristin, 5’3 36 with a 5 yo boy. Back for another month! I’m making it a lifestyle. I have only been back in the 130s once (2021) since having my kid and I need to get back there. Not only for my confidence and self esteem, but for him. I want to be in those pictures I feel too fat to take. Preschool graduation is 5/20 and I am tired of hiding from the camera. I want to take family photos and have those lasting memories and now is the time. My goal for April is to get under 145 by the 19th when we are traveling to see family. I have to stay in check that trip too to reach my 5/10 goal. I have clothes goals and rewards too. I am purging my fat closet (my husbands shirts) and back to MY personal wardrobe.

145- throw out three shirts, throw out one hoodie.
140 - throw out one pair of yoga pants, and three shirts. Treat self to hair appt and buy fun earrings.
*these are shirts that shrunk too short for my hubby to wear lol

I will be weighing in every other day bc I get too discouraged seeing the scale go up with the daily fluctuations. I worked out sooo much yesterday and kept calories low and still no movement from yesterday. Same weight as I was last Thursday. Might need to break out the smart scale that shows percentages (muscle, water etc) just to give myself peace of mind something is happening. I have tried measuring but I feel like I measure wrong too consistently to be accurate lol. Big month for me too as we are traveling to see family so I won’t be weighing in the 20th-25th.

I’m motivated like you to kick off spring! Warmer weather is coming and outside activities will start. I returned from a trip yesterday and haven’t weighed for 4 days. We ate out and had some drinks and so I wasn’t sure how this WI would go. Funny though, I didn’t snack between meals and was pretty active sightseeing each day. So I’m going to refrain from buying snacks this week and see if I can shake things down - and my annual physical is on the 8th!2 -

Hello, have you tried the happy scale app ? It is wonderful. You can weight every day but only consider your average weight.

We got an ice storm here too! It started out as a snow storm. Then turned into hail, then big fluffy snow, then sleet and then freezing rain! Tomorrow, however, it’s going to shoot up to 18C!

My excitement on the 165 # was short lived. I was hopeful I had broken this stall, but no luck. Someday it might happen!
4/1- 165.2- upper body workout- 9498 steps
4/2- 167.6- lower body workout 11,244 steps
4/3- 167.2We woke up to snow and it continued to snow until mid day and then melted off and made mud by late afternoon. We are expected to get more snow today.
Sounds like several are experiencing the same thing weather wise.

4/3: 146.4Grrr no weight loss this week and calories have been on point (I also use a food scale to make sure). I see little changes though in that my love handles crease is getting smaller so that’s a plus. I also fit into another one of my long stored sweatshirts so that’s a NSV too. I started running yesterday and did 30 second run and 3 minute walk for an hour. Today if the weather holds up I adjusted it to a 2.30 walk. I finally broke out my smart scale and will weigh in on that tonight to get a muscle percentage baseline. Just keep on keeping on I guess.

04/04 171.0Got in an after dinner walk with the hubby. In the office today with healthy meals and snacks. I usually work through lunch on Fridays. Will see how the weather fares for a walk when I get home. Chilly and rainy this weekend so off to the gym I'll go.
