4/30- 167.4This was a hard month scale wise. Ending 2 lbs heavier than when I started is not what I had hoped for. That 4 lb random gain really kicked my butt.
@Michieb125 - glad you enjoyed all the goodies on your trip. Nothing quite like Europe bakeries.. way too hard to resist!

- April 2: 196.8
- April 4: 195.4
- April 6: 194.6 - Taught spin 4/5
- April 7: 196.0 - Probably a true number
- April 8: 196.5 - Chinese for dinner, high sodium. No biggie
- April 9: 195.2 - Taught Spin 4/8
- April 10: 195.4 - Pizza and beer for dinner (within calorie range, no significant gain - YAY!)
- April 11: 196.0 - Mexican for dinner high sodium queso is a killer
- April 12 - Forgot to weigh before heading out this morning. Will do better tomorrow.
- April 13 - Didn’t weigh. Didn’t want to wake hubby to get the scale. It’s in the bedroom and I slept on the couch. Hubby was sick enough yesterday that even I didn’t eat…
- April 14: 192.4 - Obviously didn't eat much over the weekend. Empty digestive tract. Will go up tomorrow once I get some food in me.
- April 15: 192.0 - Not feeling great
- April16: 192.4 - Finally feeling human. Even ate dinner last evening
- April 17: DNW - running late this morning, forgot
- April 18: 193 - Equalizing after being sick.
- April 19: 193

- April 21: DNW - didn't sleep well until it was time to get up. Running really late today.
- April 22: 193.8 - Below goal for April, but bummed that it is still going up from being sick. Was hoping some of that loss would remain.
- April 23: 192.6 - The scale is a funny thing…

- April 25: 190.6 - dropping a little fast, may add a few more calories to make the loss more sustainable.
- April 26: 190.0
- April 27: 190.0 wasn’t sure what effect the big bucket of movie popcorn would have… I’ll take it.
- April 28: 190.2 Normal fluctuation. Stayed under yesterday and exercised. A little sore today.
- April 29: 190.2 - Surprised it didn't go up. Had pizza for lunch and dinner. With exercise I was under calories, but I expected a bump up.
- April 30: 190.2 - Happy with no gain these past few days. My eating has not been on point for a loss, but I'm not going backwards.

Not a bad way to end the month. This month was a bit fraught with worry that things had stalled. Would like to push things a little harder with more discipline this coming month.

Quick post:
4/30 - Today’s WI is 148.2 so I really didn’t lose, but didn’t gain. Nothing really wrong with that.
I am recommitting to an exercise plan as I was all over the map this month - just super inconsistent and then vacation—and I do enjoy a good schedule lol. I tried a step/strength class yesterday at 4:00 and really liked it. Actually got a good workout. Funny how muscle and memory really works with all those step commands 😆Good to see you @dannytrees1 - stay safe with that chainsaw!
I like that you and others record all your all exercise activities throughout the month, @HappyDonkey75
You are putting in the work, and yes it seems those last few pounds to get to a certain number is never easy. You will get there!

So, I'm 0.5 lbs down since the beginning of the month. It's better than gaining so I'll take it. I had 2 ice cream sandwiches yesterday. One in the morning and one before bed. The night time one was especially hard to resist. Today, I had no ice cream sandwiches. Yay!
I will start fresh and new in May tomorrow. I have a long walk planned and healthy low calorie meals ready.
