How do you search for a recipe that you added from the internet to find out the calories

You use the MFP recipe builder to add the recipe - in many cases all you need to do is paste in the URL of the recipe. When MFP comes back with its first draft of the ingredients, check them carefully to make sure they're accurate, editing any that aren't the right thing or the right quantity. Then save the recipe. You can log a serving of the recipe when you save it, or add it later from your Recipes search tab in your food diary search area.
