Last year I had a amazing victory, I lost 10 kg! I started gym 5x/week + low carb diet.

Now I am passing trough some problems and a bit stressed. So I stop my gym for a while now. But today I decided to come back! And I started a organise my diet. I am not a 100% in yet, but I started.

I am 43 years old

Goal: -4kg

Gym: 4x/week
