Posting exercise information

I have entered all of the exercises I do during my 35 minute weightlifting program. I click the checkmark button to apply it, but nothing is applied. My dashboard does not change whatsoever. What am I doing wrong? I am working too hard to not get the credit applied. Please advise! Thank you so much!

If you want the app to account for the calories you used during a weight-lifting session, it will only give you calories burned if you log it as, "Cardio, weightlifting," or link some fitness device. I assume you're trying to add it manually so use the Cardiovascular, Strength training. You'll have to find some reasonable estimation for the calories you feel you're burning and you'd have to enter that where it has a box to do so, the app doesn't calculate that for you - or at least not on the web version as far as I know.
Adding the separate exercises/reps etc is only for your personal progress and to record the reps/weights.

It's a fools errand to try to estimate calories per exercise. For one thing, the app wouldn't know how intense those sets were, how much or how little rest time between, etc.
If you go to Exercise and Add Cardiovascular → Strength training, enter total session time, that's a reasonable estimate.
For individual lifts, I don't know how MFP is for tracking that, but I assume you're better off with a custom app such as FitNotes (or many others), or using Google Sheets.
