Hi! Im 43 and not new to fitness but my body is not like its used to! It's harder to see progress and maintaining it is even harder! I forget that Im older than my mind is. My mind is like "we got this!!" and my body is like "Heck No", "what are you doing to me" , "you no spring chicken nomore" …ETC..😂🥹. It's a daily battle. If you feel like this; you definitely not alone! Great vibes to you all and you got this!!

Welcome! I'm a weightlifter, and at age 47 this past year I set lifetime highs for multiple lifts, proving I'm stronger than ever. I just make sure to include the hot tub as part of my mandatory post-workout recovery plan, lol.
