My weight loss journey hasn't been a very good one I have type 2 diabetes and I was at my highest 245 lbs. I kept going between 245 to 235 well I am glad to say I have finally made myself work on me and I am 218lbs now 🥹 I am working hard to get down to those 100's and I've never been so proud of myself . I've been following people on tik Tok and making recipes I'll actually enjoy and this week I've lost 5lbs alone switched my calorie intake around and found foods that help with my hunger . I cannot wait to show more progress
