App doesn't load on my phone

I have a bit of an odd ball android phone. It's a Sony Xperia V. I've cleared the cache and restarted the phone, I get the login screen login, then after login all i see now is the blue screen with the white logo.

I have an older phone I thought I'd try the app on. A Moto G7 with Android 10. MyFitnessPal app does the EXACT same thing on that phone too. Moto phones aren't as obscure as Sony. This isn't looking good.
