Is it okay to 17 year old to eat 1200 and less in a day

Generally, no, it's not a good idea, not healthy.
That's too few calories for most anyone, with the exception of some women who are quite petite, quite inactive and much older than you are. Usually people under 18 need more calories than full adults, not fewer.
On top of that, it's against terms of service here to even be using this app if under 18. That's because younger people have very different calorie and nutritional needs, at levels that can vary from one individual to the next depending on developmental stage. There are also - sadly - scammers and creepers who lurk here, and who may be eager to exploit young people.
Please get age-appropriate advice from your doctor, a registered dietitian, or even a health teacher, trusted coach at your school, or school nurse.
I want you to succeed with your goals, whatever healthy goals those may be, and start developing the habits that will carry you forward to a healthy, thriving adulthood. It's very, very likely that eating 1200 or fewer calories would be part of such a path.
