My weekly review is showing 2 Alcohol drinks, I find this to be incorrect, I don’t drink alcohol or use it in my recipes. Why is this happening?

2 alcohol drinks? Or a touch of alcohol on 2 occasions?

Some foods, including bananas, yogurt, kefir, kombucha have trace amounts of alcohol.

Because it's a beta (test status) "feature" that actually doesn't work very well. I think about all they have to go on is the name of the food, maybe some aspect of the macros in a food not adding up to all the calories, and other imperfect things like that. Can they reliably distinguish something like Margherita the pizza from Margarita the alcoholic drink? Grasshopper the pie, from Grasshopper the alcoholic drink? Ginger beer, a soft drink, from actual beer? I have my doubts. MFP doesn't know the ingredient list for the foods. Even if they use AI and web searches, there really isn't complete data to get this right.

There's a feature request about this from an MFP user who's in much more concern about this than I need to be, where I live. That person lives in a country where alcohol is illegal, and police can potentially search phones.

If you'd like to up-vote their feature request to fix this problem with alcohol specifically, please up-vote their suggestion here:
