Introduction

Hello! My name is Zoey, and I'm 18 years old. Yes I'm young, but it seems as if I have struggled with my weight for years. It began in middle school. I always had a poor image of myself, which has gotten extremely better, but it caused me to end up gaining a lot of weight. I currently weigh 263 ish, and I would like to get under 200. I struggle with poor eating habits, but I have been going to the gym consistently for 3-4 weeks and plan to continue with it!

    Hi Zoey, welcome. You will find a lot of helpful information and tips here, as well as many good people who are willing to share what they know and be supportive. You're on the right track so far. Take it one day at a time, be consistent, and keep crushing your goals!
