Not new to mfp but new to community

I have had weight issues since I was four, as a baby boomer I was born at s dangerous time to have weight issues I was placed on very low calorie diets from the agr of 5 have been on every diet you ever heard of even before the internet, taken herbs and supplements. Been in TOPS and Weight Watchers, did Nutrisystem when it was jn storefront stores, had lap band surgery. I have probably lost more weight than some of you weigh snd put it all back on. During the pandemic I lost a good chunk of weight but then I plateaued. I have been using mfp for a year or so and I want to try card cycling and so I sm looking for some help

BTW I have degenerative arthritis do I csn’t workout like I use to
