Clear skin, no bloat and healthy hair

Hi!! I’m pretty active between sports and working out but I find my skin is usually breaking out, I’m always bloated and just this past year half my hair fell out due to pneumonia and thyroid issues from that! Overall I’m really healthy but if anyone has any tips whether food or just anything really on any of those issues let me know! I’m open to any advice! I’d love to clear up my skin, stop my bloating and for my hair to grow back healthy! Thanks so much!!

    Honestly, this sounds like doctor or registered dietitian territory, since there are multiple factors. Have you tried that route?
