Weiss jemand, warum sich die Ziele bei den Nährstoffen jeden Tag verändern? Brauche ich nicht jeden Tag z.B. gleich viel Eiweiss?

    The standard (free) set-up in MFP sets your macro goals as percentages of your calorie goal. When you enter exercise or have a fitness tracker synced that gives you extra calories, your calorie goal increases which causes your macro goals to increase as well.

    If you pay for premium, you can keep your macro goals fixed/choose where extra calories are allocated, if you feel that's important.
