MFP not syncing with other apps

For a few weeks MFP hasn't been syncing with Fitbit, or Health Connect.

I've been following a separate thread, where a couple of people say it's resolved, but that's not the case with me.

This has seriously spoiled my calorie logging, and I'm seriously fed up about it.

MFP, doesn't have a customer service department, and no one from the company has responded to my previous comments.

I pay for the service, and for Fitbit, and I should not be having this issue.
