I’m preparing myself for three swim challenges which take place in the summer. The first will take about 150+ minutes to complete, the second 210+ and the third 6+ hours. What should I be looking at taking on board pre-swim and post-swim?

carb load the night before to top off glycogen stores. Be hydrated, don't eat too much of anything before the swim i always liked oatmeal. Post swim eat whatever you want. You'll be ravenous.
