I know this has been discussed before but the threads are closed down and I wanted newbies to be aware that recently there has been a plague of these guys lately.

Search for the old threads to get the typical scenarios but they will allegedly be from US and be deployed or working for UN in Middle East or Sudan and likely a doctor of some sort, widowed with kids whose picture they want you to have so please give them whats app or telegram number,

Lots about this on Quora

I am not sure if men get them too but they call us women dear, my love or beautiful and ramble on about our future together in flowery language . Ick

The standard of their English unravels once you start to pick holes in their stories and they get indignant as they are men of integrity and honesty... apparantly .

I do mess with them so they are not talking to vulnerable women but I think there of a few of us here like that.

After 3 weeks I have got bored with dredwingeorge6565 so expect he looking for a new woman of his dreams now.

Never expected this on MFP but there you go.

Already done before I replied; keep in mind what you encountered is just an auto response, you'll want to continue on to make an actual support ticket in the future. Thanks!
