Only 10kg difference… can you notice it? 🙂

I used to work out sooo much. And be extremely “healthy”. Now I eat less and train less. And weightloss has seemed so much easier. I feel like Instagram and all those platforms fooled me to think heavy weights etc was everything. Now I’m thinking just eating less and doing a little exercise is way more effective. Thoughts? I know it’s not a big difference. But I’m happy so far. Still a long way to go x

Those who voted "kinda" are delusional. I totally see a difference, in weight loss and in toning up. I do weights more than I do cardio and I feel like maybe I should do more cardio instead. I barely do cardio ever lol. So now that the weather is warmer I have been walking every day 30-45 minutes, and when I do weight training, I'm doing more reps and less weight. I hope I see more results like yours, and to continue. You look amazing!!! :) Great work and dedication!!! :)

@jodymaro1 i did weights. All the time! For years. And I just looked bigger. Like fatter. So I went.. I’ve had enough! I’m just going to cut all my portions in half and just walk. And boom. It worked. I wonder if I went too over the top. I hardly work out now and it seeming so easy? Weird. I guess it’s all diet. 🤷♀️
