Well, can you help me stay healthy and strong?

i’ve been driving a semi truck for several years now and there is very limited options to seek opportunities to eat healthy and stay in shape hopefully there are members in this community that can make be an insightful educator on how to overcome this dilemma any and all information on this issue would be greatly appreciated if you could share your compassionate concern.

What do you have to work with?
Snacks - fruits, jerky. If you either stop often or have a fridge or cooler, add baby carrots, celery, cucumbers.
Meals - canned meat. If you have a way to cook or heat up, add canned soups, oatmeal, baked potatoes, veggies.
Exercise - stretchy bands, hand weights (canned soup or fruit can sub in a pinch). Walk around the parking lot. If you're totally serious but limited in walking, look for a small walking pad, or those little under the desk bicycle things. A yoga mat so you can do push-ups, planks, etc.
