Hi. I’ve recently subscribed to Premium plus. Looking for help to get the best out of it. I am 36, working 9 to 5 sitting job. I have to shred 20 kgs to go for IVF in few months. I would love to get some help in this. Currently my weight is 82 kgs. My ideal weight should be between 62-70 kgs. Please help. Thank you in advance
