Veggies, fruit, oatmeal, plain nonfat Greek yogurt - all things I eat pretty much every day. It's not the same veggies/fruits every day, but lots of varied, colorful ones daily.

Other staples for me, but somewhat less than daily, are Ezekiel pita and tortillas, beans of many types, cottage cheese, other calorie efficient but tasty cheese, peanut butter and some other nuts, tofu or tempeh in various forms.

(I'm vegetarian, but not trying to sell anyone else on that. 😉 IMO, it's neither inherently healthier, or better for weight loss.)

Instant salad—either bags of greens or wash and chop on weekend. Grape tomatoes. Chop onions, carrots, radish, celery to have ready. Put all together in the fridge with a bottle of salad dressing or a jar of homemade.

Precooked chicken breast, shredded? To top salad. Quick stir fry. Tacos. Enchiladas. Add to a can of chili beans for a quick "white chili".

Precooked hamburger meat for some of the above. Add to jarred spaghetti sauce.

    Sandwiches, of course.

Cottage cheese or yogurt with fruit, top with cereal for a pretty parfait.

Nuts. Jerky. String cheese. Protein bars. Protein smoothies.

Cook once to eat twice. Bake potatoes? Bake extra for tomorrow. Twice baked potatoes. Add milk and butter= potato soup. Peel, mash, add egg and spices, Make patties and "fry" in small amount butter or good olive oil.

One all time favorite. Banana French toast. Cook when you have time. Ripe Bananas mixed with egg. Dip bread in. Bake in just a little butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon or apple pie spice. Put it in the freezer. Grab one or two, thaw in toaster, eat on the go. Sweet and good.

anything can be sourced to be grab and go.. especially if you are in a big city.

    green juice , smoothies

    Salad

    Pre made veggies

Protein sources - eggs, fish, poultry

I work and have time for nothing - all the above are quick and easy. Broiler steak is 2 min on both sides put onplate. Boil an egg.

Get a meal prep service. They deliver.

Try a cottage cheese pizza bowl: 3 spoonfuls of cottage cheese, add frank's hot sauce(garlic buffalo is my favorite) or you can use a pizza/marinara sauce if you prefer that, oregano or Italian seasonings, heat in microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Then add chopped pepperoni(regular or turkey), and/or shredded/chopped chicken, shredded cheese, you can add onions, tomatoes or pico de gallo stir and hear in microwave for another 30 second, stir and eat.

another pizza recipe: use a carb balance or zero carb tortilla, spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce, put pepperoni or any other pizza topping you like, and cheese. if you have a air fryer, do 8 minutes at 400.

Broccoli Salad: a bag of broccoli florets, cheese of choice, small handful of bacon bits and green onions, mix. Then add ranch dressing to your taste and stir, let it set in the fridge for a bit before consuming. It may turn out a little salty, but the longer it sits in the fridge the salty taste fades a bit.(video by bitesbythepage is on the reels section of facebook, or on instagram.

Hope that gives you a few ideas. Have a great day!
