just an introduction to the community. I’m 63 year old male trying to modify my food consumption to better care for this temple that is my body. I’m only about 20lbs over my goal weight so eating habits and caloral intact is my current focus.
Getting my weight down to a good bmi will be a good after product.

Twenty pounds is for sure an achievable goal, and manageably improved routine eating habits are the power tools for getting there.
Losing to a healthy weight at age 59 was a big quality of life improvement for me in diverse ways, so I'm cheering for you to reach your goal. Don't be afraid to participate in the Community here: Most people are very nice and want to help others, IME.
