This will be my 3rd time

When I was 17 I weighed 440. I dropped 220 and joined the army (cuz I thought it was funny) that a once HUGE guy was now a soldier. 10 years later I was 400 again and at 32 I lost it all again. But unfortunately about a year after loosing it all AGAIN I severely injured myself at gym and now at 47 I'm 350 AGAIN! I honestly don't know if I can do it again. Have any of yall had a similar journey?

I went through a depression and weighed a little over 400lbs. One day I woke up and decided I want to breathe normal. I wanted to go for walks with my son while being able to have talks. I wanted to stop being in so much pain. I decided I want to be healthy when my son gets married and has my grandbabies. LOL. I wanted to be healthy for me and not for anyone else. To this day it’s not about size, it’s about being healthy and feeling good. You gotta really want it!!! Make yourself want it for you!!!!! I have lost 150lbs in the past 2 years. I still have a lot to go. But I want to do it slow and steady as to not gain it back, ever!!!!!
