Hi There,
One of my friends on MFP has started taking L Cartinine powder to help mobilise fats. I have read that it is good for the people who are defieicne in it. And being PCOS, it is a possibility that PCOS people are deficient and can benefit from it. Any thoughts or success stories esp with PCOS?

I don't know about PCOS, but for my hypothyroid I found that the best thing for my metabolism is 15 minutes of exercise everyday and strict control of the interactions with my thyroid medication. It helps a lot if I keep the medicine in a pill organizer and set an alarm to take it an hour before I get up in the morning (the pill organizer helps because if I just keep the bottle bedside I often can't remember if I actually took it or not).
I would try the old tried-and-trues like exercise before starting any supplements.0 -
I have PCOS and Insulin Resistance and I fixed both with low carb dieting and exercise.
Diet and exercise, anyone says different they are trying to sell you something.0
