Hi! I’m new.

Hi! I am new to My Fitness Pal and am hoping this will help me with my weight loss goals so I can improve my health. I started Wegovy A month ago and a half ago and am hoping to form healthy patterns, so I can keep the weight off. By loosing weight, I am hoping to reduce my insulin resistance, high blood pressure, and inflammation. I am currently struggling with knowing which type of eating plan to follow.
