Calories earned from exercise

Do I eat back the calories I burned from exercising?

    You should do, as long as you're not following a TDEE diet. Most people aim to eat back about 80% of their exercise calories :)

    It's hard to eat back the calories that you have used for exercise: those calories are generally exhaled as CO2 and water.

    I would suggest eating the nutrients that your body needs to build the muscles that the exercise makes it want.

    Or note that what you're doing now has allowed you to drop 14lbs, and soldier on. : )

    Yes eat them.

    Don't be unrealistic in your estimation of calorie logging though- if the calories seem too good to be true, they are. You're not burning 900 cals doing zumba, for example.
