I am 70 years old. Dec 2023, I had a heart attack & spent 18 days in hospital. I weighed around 350 at the time.

I dropped down to 280 by the time I was released from hospital. I had begun to put weight back on & decided I was not going back where I had been. Currently, down to 268 & counting
