Newbie

Here to introduce myself - I'm 26 years old & want to get fitter!
My main aim isn't necessarily to lose weight (although that would be nice); I'd like to improve both my cardio & strength performance. I'm 153cm short (haha) and last time I weighed myself I was 71kg (so theres definitely room to lose there!)

My work is sedentary (mostly computer work) so I tend to sit a lot.

My current exercise regime consists of kettlebell training, jogging, boxing & circuits (with a PT). My short term goal is 70 unanchored sit ups, 50 push ups (feet not knees), 7.5 on the beep test/shuttle run and 2.4km run in sub 11 minutes. Nowhere near there yet, I'm at 45 sit ups, around 30 push ups, 6 on the beep test and 14 mins for the 2.4km run.

    My goals are to (hopefully) get into the defence force, I'm aiming for above the minimums so I feel confident on test day!
