    Weight is hard to approach if you aren't "level". I really think you need to be in a good place mentally, or working on being in a good place to really do this in a healthy, well thought out manor. With the highs and lows, it's hard to be consistent. A healthy lifestyle needs that consistency. If you are ready for that, hop on board. Start with small changes and form strong habits. Log you food and eat within an established calorie range. Bipolar can certainly send you reeling, but it can be managed. Take care.
