2025 What are you jamming too today!
Hello all. I am not new to my fitness pal but it’s been a while. I am starting not a diet but a life style change. Both mentally and physically. Having had issues with depression, anxiety, ptsd, and such the song Hi REN really spoke to me. It speaks to the struggle and doubt we go through. REN Gill is a singer, wrapper, song writer, and musician. He is an inspiration to many. If anyone gives it a try and wants help going down the rabbit hole ( what people call it when they find him) let me know. Make sure to watch the video on YouTube. It is long but worth every minute. It was shot in one take and is him singing not lip singing. If anyone decides to give it a try, let me know what you think.

I do that internally on the treadmill, lol.
I thought HI REN was fun. 😀 I've not listened to any music that could be considered thought provoking lately as it's mainly just fast paced stuff that I put on to exercise, but I can appreciate that type of music.
All the best with your lifestyle changes. 🙂1 -
oh. You should check out his other music also. As he said in Hi REN ,!he has LYME disease and basically was also bed ridden at one point. He goes all over the world for treatments so he has improved a lot but I know it’s hard. Most of his music is thought provoking, though he has 3 ballads also and coming out with another soon. He does old school rap, singing, piano playing. He just goes out on the streets in the UK and just plays. There are videos all over YouTube.
