I choose my meal plan and grocery list and then it disappeared

I’m new to this service app . I love that I can choose my meal plan and grocery list. But I was at the grocery store shopping and I looked back on my App and my meal plan is GONE!! I try go and redo it again from What I remember and it’s GONE again it’s frustrating need help I also email CS
