Free MFP and premium MFP track the same micronutrients, and do it in the same way.
You can see the micronutrients in various ways, but it differs depending on whether you're using web browser MFP or the phone/tablet app version of MFP.
In the web browser, the Reports tab or the "View Full Report" option at the bottom of the food diary page are two places to see micronutrients.
In the phone/tablet app, the Nutrition page, Nutrients tab is the main place to go. You can find that on the More menu, but there are other ways to reach the same page from other places, too.
If you wish, you can customize your diary page to show different columns, but you can still only have 5 columns. It's in the Settings sub-tab of the Food tab in web MFP, don't know offhand where if anywhere that set of customization setting is in the phone/tablet app.

What the strong lady above said. Also keep in mind that most of the database is user-sourced and micronutrients might not have been added. Or they are not part of nutritional labels. This is not only a US website but a global one. The information available on labels differs by country.
