Long journey

IMG_1621.jpeg

When I was 370lbs I never thought in a million years I’d ever get under 3. When that happened I thought surely I’ll always be over 200. And at 159lbs I know I still have a little bit to go but I’m so grateful that I never totally lost hope. with hashimotos and pcos, weight loss can feel unattainable. I never thought I’d make it to 40 years old which I turn In a few weeks. Never thought I’d be under a size 18 and now I’m a size 6. Never thought I wouldn’t think about food constantly. But I’m here and it feels good to have made it this far.

Hello and Congrats to you on your amazing progress in your journey!! I can relate to so much of what you said about the thought processes that go through your head, "The I never thought ones." I have Hashi's and it is extremely hard to negotiate the challenges of that some days, but it appears you are succeeding amazingly well!! You are inspiring! Keep at it and I wish you all the best!! 💖
