...new to the message board but I've been using MFP for a little over a month. 10 pounds down...woohoo!
I swear I hit 30 and my metabolism took a sudden downturn. I've gained 10 pounds a year since then. I just celebrated #33...so you can do the math. My ideal weight loss would be 40 pounds but I would be THRILLED with 30. So far, so good! The iPhone app has been the best tool for me. No more excuses not to journal!

Same thing- Turned 30 & all of a sudden Id be working out- a little like when I was 22- But this time NOTHING happened! Its 10 X harder after 30 as well as after you have a baby (which I did at 32!) So I have a double whammy. But this site is awesome huh? I can track everything & get support & encouragement from so many. Good luck!0
