My story

hello my name is John and I have been trying to lose weight for about a year now. It took a while for me to find out what works best but I’ve started lifting eating clean (Mostly) and I feel so much better than I did. What you are seeing in my picture is what I looked like before my whole weight loss journey since this picture was taken I have lost about 160 pounds or 72KG I think anyway enough of me rambling what I really came on here to do is share some things I learned along the way NUMBER 1 if you’re going to diet do it right lose about 2 ounces a week NUMBER 2 carbs are not the enemy and I recommend a decent carb intake and a lower fat intake NUMBER 3 cheating every once in a while will not kill you NUMBER 4 have variety in your diet NUMBER 5 if start to have cravings particularly with sugar it’s either because you’re cutting back to fast or you’re eating too much sugar. And last but not least NUMBER 6 NO two diets are the same find what works for you and pick up tips here and there as I am doing now already thank you for reading and goodbye.
