Frustrated, Confused, & Hopeful

So, I had a high stress job where I knew I was going through a lot and it was making me so exhausted when I got home all I wanted to do was sleep. I started this new job a month ago, and love the job, but now I'm not losing weight at all! I'm gaining. I've stopped eating out and tried eating better. Instead I've gained 8 pounds and have gotten more frustrated. I haven't journalled my eating at all, so I'm recommitting, but I'm so sick of being fat and unhappy that I'm just frustrated!

Tracking food intake is key. No matter what your level of activity, you have to write down everything you eat. In my opinion, it's the only way.

I've been there. I've been in a bit of a slump lately. The key is getting back into logging, I find I do better when I log. Hang in there!0
