    The snarky answer is "eat more" but there's a fast way and a smart way to do this:

    • Fast: eat whatever sounds appealing, in large quantities
    • Smart: figure out maintenance calories, add 250-500 per day on top of maintenance, ensuring you get a minimum of 0.7g/lb BW of protein while completing a progressive strength-training regimen

    The fast way will add weight quickly, though the majority (all?) will be body fat.

    The smart way adds weight slowly, only a half-pound (quarter-kilogram) per week pace. But this way we can encourage the body to make most of the gain be muscle.
