I'm curious to know how many of you are on Wegovy or Ozempic and what are your thoughts about it?

    I just started! I’d been trying to lose weight for about a year, calorie deficit, exercise, protein increase, and nothing… perimenopause isn’t helping. So doctor suggested I give Ozempic a try, started w my first shot last Wednesday! We’ll see…

    I started Feb 11, 2025 and have a 90 day supply. I am on .25 and even though it is very low it has helped me jump start my diet. As of today I am 30 pounds down and have 10 more to go. I do not plan to renew the supply and I am working on holding my weight of 190.
