Advice needed: when would you see change in numbers

I’d like some advice. I lost 4 stone over 7 or so months using a GLP1 medication.
My circumstances changes and I’m not going to the gym, being more focused on nutrition and macros. Im tracking everything. I shared screenshots on current numbers
I’m not seeing the numbers on the scales move. Should I be concerned? I’m on around 1600 calories per day. hitting 15m steps, weight training 5 days a week.
should I change something or is my concern on weight loser not an issue?

You only show a week. What's your change over 4-6 weeks? If no change there then you're not in a calorie deficit. Just a week could be anything: water weight weirdness due to hormonal cycle, weather, bit more salt, new activity, longer ground transport or plane ride. How good is your logging? Do you use a scale?
But overall: congratulations! 4 stones is massive! That's 56lbs in 7 months, or 8 lbs per month. That really is massive and as fast as weightloss should be at a maximum.1 -
super erratic, daily weight checks
I’m really good at logging food and prepping foods.

This is my diary for yesterday as an example. Where possible use a barcode scan

You lost 3.6 pounds in the past month. That isn't stable, that's a loss. At this point you should expect your weight loss to slow down. Two pounds a week is easy when you have a lot to lose, but harder when you have less to lose.

Your scale's app does not get a passing grade based on the NARRATIVE where -3.6lbs is "stable".
That's a questionable call. This leads me to wonder if there are more questionable calls and I would invite you to figure out HOW it is deciding your trend and change. My n=1 from a different app is that the app was spewing non-sense. The app in question declares as the month over month change to be the last value entered in each month. Well I have news for the (MY) app. You can start a month with a lower weight than the one with which you end the month and STILL have a drop in your weight level during this month. If you're not sure how this can be I invite you to check out weight trend apps and web sites. So the last value in the month is non-sense and I wonder whether your app does similar.
Past that. You've lost a lot of weight (congratulations). Your weight loss is expected to slow of that reason alone, absent additional reasons you've mentioned. You also mention that you've slowed down your activity a bit recently (though, to be honest, 15K+exercise is no-where near lack of activity). If your calories out due to loss of weight and reduced activity have gone down but your intake remains the same then, of course, your rate of loss will slow. AGAIN, I hasten to add this does NOT mean that you should be seeking to increase the rate of loss. Many arguments can be made for loss rates in the 0.5% of total weight lost per per week and even lower.
There are some additional considerations that come into play at this point of your weight loss trajectory. Suffice it to say that unless you're still in the obese category considerations such as consolidating your wins to date and seeking the most sustainable as opposed to fastest path moving forward should be at the top of your list.
Well done so far!
