    December 31, 2024 Weight: 158.0 (10-day average 157.2)
    April 26 (Starting Weight for this challenge): 159.4 (10-day average 155.8)
    May goal: Get below the top of maintenance weight range (153 pounds)
    Ultimate goal: Stay in maintenance range between (absolutely 140 - 153 and ideally 142-148)

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    April 26: 159.4 (10-day average 155.8)
    May 3: No scale; rafting the Owyhee River
    May 10: 154.0 (10-day average 156.4 or 154.3* or 153.9)
    May 17: 153.4 (10-day average 154.7)
    May 24: 156.0 (10-day average 155.1)
    May 31: 154.8 (10-day average 156.1)

    Total loss for May: Less than zero; I gained a third of a pound. Grrr. I end the month down 1.1 pounds for the year.

    🌺🌺🌺🌺 05/31 – 191.8 βœ… (Trend Weight – 194.0) The last couple of days have gone well and ended with a whoosh. It may level itself off later (typical for me) but it’s nice to see a loss nonetheless! I have not made goal in such a long long time. But I won’t be celebrating with food! See you all in the June Challenge.

    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
