I feel like I’m playing Sesame Street’s “One of These Things is Not Like the Other”.
If you’re equating a piece of chocolate to two grapes, you’ve got a disconnect there.
Some candies- but not all- are also going to be higher calorie. For example, when I need a quick sugar hit, I’ll suck on a ginger chew, which is only 15 calories. But you have to pick and choose your candies carefully, and eat them in moderation.
If you’re worrying about 2 grapes, you need to reevaluate what you’re doing.
I say that in kindness, as an over-analyzer myself.
