Update micronutrient Iron

Hello, I'm writing to let you guys know that your daily target for iron is 100mg. This is far above the maximum safe threshold for daily iron intake. Which is 45. I only noticed because I'm borderline anemic and need to track iron carefully. Thought I'd mention it. Thank you.

Are you sure? The iron goal is in percentages so that's why the goal is 100: 100% of the RDA (whatever number that is).
