30 day challenge 4-28 to 5-28

Hi All!
If you are like me, getting started is half of the battle! I am starting tomorrow morning 4/28. I will have three main goals to keep it super simple as outlined below. Would love to have anyone join and encourage one another throughout!
- Log all my foods daily and stay within my macro/calorie goals.
- “Move my body” (walking, biking, hiking, jogging, swimming, cross train, weight training, etc) for 45 minutes 4 to 5 days per week.
- Drink half of my body weight in water daily.
I look forward to starting and keeping one another accountable. Feel free to use the same goals or share yours below for support! We have got this! We can also share our success throughout and at the end of the 30 days for continued motivation!

I keep losing loads of weight then putting it back on again. Most recently I lost 177 lb then put 77 lb of it back on. I am still 100 lb down and am determined not to cross that line. I know how to lose the weight but keeping it off has only ever been possible for me when have lots of support and accountability. I have been on and off myfitnesspal since not long after it was created, I think this is my third profile. I need to gather up some active friends as deleted all the old no longer active ones. I have also joined a couple of the challenge support groups. The more accountability,support and motivation the better. For me it is community that makes all the difference.
When I eat whole foods,lots of veg, cut out most processed foods then the weight comes off, it stalls and fluctuates but stick with it and always the weight comes off. I only manage to stick with it when have lots of supportive community and accountability.

I'm joining. Also restarting today, I know myself incredibly well, so I'm going to try to do the following 3 goals for now:
- Log daily for a month
- Drink my 2 litres per day
- Move 3x per week
That's all for now, I want to stop drinking, I want to run 10K, I want to do my 15K steps daily, etc etc - I know that if I list everything I'll set myself up for immediate failure 😅

Day 1….what is your focus today? Mine is tracking/logging…this will create awareness and consistency to keep it up for all 30 days! We got this!

Yes consistency is key
Today I ate what I planned and I walked 12'147 steps
My goals
1. Eat at least 75% wholefoods across each week
2. Eat human being appropriate sized portions
3. Walk 30'000 steps or more each week2 -
Today my focus was on hitting my water and protein goals! What was your focus today?

Today I focused on maintaining a calorie deficit even though was out for day and had meals out with friend.
I walked 17'420 steps and was still in a deficit so all good.0
