Editing recipe ingredients for adding to food diary

Is it possible to have recipe items imported to your food diary individually? Sometime I change one ingredient of the recipe depending on food I have on hand, but it looks like you can only import 1 full serving of the original recipe?

If you're making one serving of something fresh each time you eat it, I would recommend using the "meal" feature rather than the "recipe" feature. You can adjust amounts and add or delete ingredients each time you log the meal. If you want those changes reflected the next you log the meal, you can save over it. Otherwise, just make the changes after you log it, and the next time you log the meal, all the original ingredients and amounts will show up in your diary.
I find the recipe feature more useful if I am making a dish that has multiple servings and that I will eat over several meals, so that the only thing I am changing is how much of the overall dish I am eating. (You can change how much of a serving you log by changing the "1" serving to something else (1.5, 2.13, 0.75, etc.).
