Starting a new group for the avid walkers.

Good morning/afternoon, I’ve been a long time MyFitnessPal enthusiast but very new to the community. I am looking for those interested in joining me on weekly challenges. This is for anyone, anywhere, and at any level of WALKING.

I want to do this. How do you set weekly challenges and how do you measure? There's no metric to use like the scale.

Well, I don't count steps. I guess my goal is to walk five times a week. In the beginning I will walk less than a mile. I want to work up to several miles five days a week.
Do we set weekly goals? What is the best method for keeping track?

Well I guess it's just us three! I went for a walk today. It was only .87 miles. But it's a start.
