hi all! 

I’m just a fat person who needs to turn some serious corners in my life! 

9 weeks

  • 30 minute workout per day (including anything from walking to gym to home workouts)
  • Water/squash only
  • One cheat day a week
  • Weekly weigh in
  • Track calories

I wanted to see if anyone would like to do this with me? Looking for support and we can share all victories!!

    hi! ☘️ is it just squash for food? You may feel better having some protein in diet.

    Squash is a fruit drink popular in the UK. The ones I’ve tried tasted sort of a like Tang.

    I’d sure monitor which brand. Some have high calories.

    Tell us more about your plans for a “cheat” day.

    Wait, no tea? I'd not survive this to be honest. I mean, my tap water is nice, but I'd rather squash a tea bag into it after it's been boiled.

    If you take a look over in the Motivation and Support or Challenges part of the Community, you might find a pre-existing motivation/accountability thread that would be compatible with your goals.

    I'm not trying to discourage you from starting your own thread/group, but that can be a little harder to get rolling than joining a pre-existing one. So many things take patience and persistence, especially when starting out, and sticking with creating a new accountability structure can be just one more. Your call, though, obviously.

    Maybe you're joking, dunno. In case not, or in case others are USA-ians where we don't use that term and are confused, squash seems to be a fruity beverage kind of thing, maybe made by adding water to a flavored concentrate. I think it's a common UK term, maybe other parts of the Commonwealth, too.

    I’ve just started the same routine except I drink Diet Coke and water and have to have a morning coffee lol I’m trying to stick to a 1000 calories a day with a 30min to hour workout and trying to get 10k steps a day lost 50lbs a few years ago but gained 15 back and need to loose it again and this app is what helped me
