Hi guys, I’m a repeat offender

hey everyone, this is not my first go round here. I’ve come back a few times. This time I think I got the wake up call I needed. I got in my scale Sunday after not even knowing where it was for at least 6 months. The dang thing said I’m 297 pounds. I immediately changed my meal plans for that day. I decided right then to get my crap together and do right. I have a 20 yr old in college and a 5 year old about to start kindergarten in the fall. I have to be here for those milestones and so many more. So I walked and found out my lower back hates that idea but it’s ok. I’ll make it stronger. I found some delicious healthy recipes and I cut down carbs, sugars and energy drinks. I cut my grass over the past 2 days and I’m sore but it’s making me better one day at a time.
